And this wasn't to be avoided. It was destiny and there was no turning back. If she turned back, not only would she become a monster of her past. She would die a certain death and reawaken. She wanted to live and be free. Not die in vain to be reborn again. The explosion brought fourth the most destruction seen in her once beautiful world. Violent tremors triggering a tsunami so skyscraping it swallowed all that fell below it. Drowning all as to cleanse the earth of a pesky disease. Rumbling and rolling that ripped trees and flowers out from the ground they once blossomed.
A heat-blast that would swell and soon turn the marsh into a desolate dessert full of old death and the dying.
To be a spec of ash inside a lonely lifeless world? Then to float amongst the darkness of the ash only to be forgotten for an eternity? This wasn't her destiny by any means. She would soon surpass such dismay and treachery and find liberty from wretchedness. Becoming a queen in her own castle. Baring the black wings of a fallen angel in the eyes of a jealous god. With a mighty light shinning lustrously above her head.
A greater gift as she was the first to have received, and to have been given a soul. She who would bestow life into creatures and possess the medicine of the Owls. She who will bare the mark of the true Beast. She who retains the strong voice and words that sends chills down the spines of those who infringe. She who mutes those that sway. But loves deeper than one can seem to imagine. With a heart so warm behind a callused external shell. A seductress more beautiful than any woman possessing a lavishly voluptuous image and strong but hushed disputable history. It is Lilith who will keep her throne in Hell while all life is demolished and other Gods Fail.. As free as they come.. She will prevail.
Into the dusk and on into the night.. She may run into a series of plight only to rise and break away from the rusted shackles once harboring her progression. The flames will settle and the smoke will fade.. The sun will wax and show the way. Never look back in disarray. Move forward onto better days. That time is approaching where all is divulged. The truth will come with Lilith involved. Her voice will be heard and she will be known for what she is worth. With wine in hand.. With Owls perched... Lucifer will take her hand and bring her to the promise land. To put all right in all demand and turn Eden into smoldering sand.
Wildcats shall meet with hyenas, goat-demons shall call to each other. There too Lilith shall repose, and find a place to rest. There shall the owl nest and lay and hatch and brood in its shadow.
