Night Of Too Many Stars 2010
Steve Carell, Stephen Colbert & Jon Stewart sings!
Comedians Stephen Colbert and Steve Carell put on a song-and-dance homage to the Hero of the Hudson that left us convinced that Sully's life could be a Busby Berkeley-style extravaganza that climaxes in an emergency water landing.
Backed by a seriously swivel-hipped, white-mustache-wearing chorus line, Colbert and Carell donned captain's hats and epaulets to sing, "Everybody's Talking 'Bout Sully," probably the only song we've ever heard with the line, "Suck it, geese!"
Billed as a "zeit-heist" by Colbert, it was really a smart sendup of dated pop culture, replete with references to "Joe the Plumber," "American Idol" contestant Sanjaya and an onstage cameo by Internet phenomenon Tay Zonday, who performed an excerpt of his weirdly hypnotic "Chocolate Rain."
But it was Sullenberger who got star treatment in the song. Even the night's emcee, Jon Stewart, got into the act when he joined Carell and Colbert for a little bit of "Make 'Em Laugh"-style choreography that involved giving one's mustache "a brush" from the "left to the right."

Lyrics: Start with a chocolate chunk of caring Stir in a caramel ribbon of glee Add in a big fudge swirl of sharing To the tub of harmony
With some pralines of understanding And some mint togetherness We'll be serene with vanilla bean And potato chips I guess
(Or waffle cone.) (That's nice.)
And when we join together It's a taste to be proud of When I plop a scoop of friendship On your sugar cone of love
We'll be drenched in best friend syrup Whip cream all over your face We'll lick each others bowls all clean In a sticky warm embrace
And when we get together It's a taste to be proud of When I plop a scoop of friendship On your sugar cone of love
Yes we'll plop a scoop of friendship On your sugar cone of love

Inspired by other RIP Nickelodeon and Cartoon Network videos, a memorial to our 90's childhood. Watch the whole video, it's more than just a slideshow of old cartoons.
This doesn't include every great one of the times because I had to cut the beginning montage so it wouldn't get boring. Part joke, part semi-serious.
Special thanks to Sloane Hagen

I think 'Unusual You' will end up being like the younger sibling of DPWM. It is very reflective of the dramatic emotional drive of DPWM, without a real 'plot'. (As in, their isn't any problem the characters face aside from problems with their own feelings.) It is simple, but hopefully it will be enjoyable..
So, how about you? Are you working on anything interesting? =D
The trouble is, there isn't much I can cover, plotwise, for further DPWM, so it would probably trail off, and be terribly disappointing. But, since the idea interests you, what sorts of things would YOU EXPECT to see in a DPWM3? =)
Hello again anyway. ^w^
DPWM is so old, but definitely still pretty decent, though it needs some major editing. xD I'm always so surprised when I get reviews on DPWM2 while I'm submitting a handful of new stories. It just refuses to be ignored.
Aww, you're too nice! ^//^<3
*Just realized those vids are your favorites.*
*AND facepalmed.*
I kept looking and noticed abridged videos in there, and was like, 'wait, wut?'
Hey, though.. Your videos are pretty cool. Do you have DA to? =D
I'm not sure if you remember me.. O.O
I'm BanishedOne from ff.net. I wrote 'Don't Play with Me'.
Haa, I was just looking through the reviews, and your name was in there, so I thought I'd add you. =)
