In my younger years, I attempted to deconstruct the world around me as one does when being educated. In this period of time I learned of truth; subjective and objective logic; and Inductive and Deductive Reasoning. This all led my to believe in the futility of peace. Allow me to explain:
A person's notion of the perfect world differs from that of everyone else. Therefore, in order for one's vision to come to fruition, all others must be subjects. The only way in which others would share the same vision is if others would have identical values. However, values are shaped by experience and individual morality. Therefore, a utopia can only exist when all share identical experiences, which is logically impossible. But lets say that everyone does share the same values and experiences. What are the costs? Human progression, Creativity, Originality, and Diversity would all be swept under a rug of sameness. The myriad of values causes problems, yet it is also allows for significance.
