Danz People

The dance studio was founded in 2008 with the aim of providing a range of dance related activities, catering to both seasoned and novice dancers, with courses for absolute beginners as well.

Danz People quickly built up her repertoire with 3 core areas of focus:
Hip Hop and Contemporary curriculum for adults,
Hip Hop and Contemporary curriculum for children aged 3 and above,
as well as Arts Enrichment Programs for educational institutes.

Instructors at Danz People range from street dancers, to those trained in classical ballet and jazz, offering a wide variety of genres across different disciplines. Classes and courses are paced such that every student gets the most out of the lesson. There is an emphasis on learning and improving, instead of merely the execution of dance steps.

Danz People is actively involved in social outreach as well. Youth-in-Dance, was initiated by the studio to engage youths to express themselves through dance. Youths aged between 10 -- 18 years can attend classes at a subsidized rate through this program. Danz People also offers free usage of studio space to 'Redeafinition', a Hip Hop dance group for the deaf.
