Some would say the reason why anyone would make a cover version of a song is to try to better the original. For me, my reason is because these songs meant a lot to me, so much that I want to make a tribute to the talent of the composers. More often then so, the artists have to sacrifice the art to make them more appealing to the masses in order to archive commercial success, hence many of these songs would have very catchy and complex productions. What I'm trying to do here is to stripe these songs of the productions and reinterpret them with very simple arrangements, and perform them with just a few instruments while preserving the mood or the feeling of the originals. I'm not trying to get praises or anything, I'm just here to share my love, feeling and understanding of some of my favorite music. Thanks for listening.
