Born in 1993, in the cosmopolitan of Los Angeles, Dansonn has been exposed to a plethora of music genres. It was the music of rap and the culture of hip-hop that captivated Dansonn's musical interest at a young age. Listening to artists such as Nas, Eminem, and Mobb Deep, Dansonn continued to expand his peripheries in rap, in which he discovered "underground" rap.
Since then, Dansonn had become an avid listener to underground rap, with favorites such as Jedi Mind Tricks, Army of the Pharaohs, among many others. Over time, Dansonn became increasingly intrigued by the instrumentals of songs, rather than solely the lyrics. His interest in the instrumentals led him to Shadowville Productions, a music production and licensing business, which sparked his career.
Dansonn was instantly hooked by the variety of beats of Shadowville Productions, and realized producing was something he would want to do. So at the start of 2009, Dansonn embarked on his endeavor. Though he had a rocky start, Dansonn slowly began creating smoother, more fluid beats, developing the unique style he has today. Typically utilizing realistic pianos and strings, he hopes his original, non-sampled music can evoke emotions and "speak out" to his listeners. On February 23, 2012, Dansonn finally joined forces with his biggest inspiration, Shadowville Productions.
Today, Dansonn is still working hard on producing music in his unique style, while hoping to become more versatile in his producing to satisfy artists of all genres. Dansonn hopes to spread his music to an even larger audience, while providing aspiring artists with high quality beats. Dansonn is young, so the future ahead is bright; his true potential has yet to be seen. Until then, Dansonn will continue to strive to be the best that he can be, both as a person and as a producer.
