I have been trying this move but i find it difficult to throw my hips which makes me collapes on my back.Is there any exercise you can recommend for me or what do advise me to learn first?
@missboobshellbeauty,thanks for your tutorial,i can now do it on a concrete floor but i have only one problem with the front handspring,i land in a squatting position.please how can i correct this?
