Nice website. Instead of trying to go to sleep workout and do a lot of things until there is not other choice but to sleep. Also warm milk and a big meal are good. and I like your singing voice. :)

Well I just saw this but I think it's funny we're in a somewhat similar situation. I just moved home(Pennsylvania) from Hawaii the day before thanks giving. For some reason I can't sleep during the night. I usually stay up until like 11am (somewhere around there) n then go to sleep for a few hours. It's terrible I never sleep but I can surf the web and watch awesome youtube videos like yours :p
