A little bit about me... Hmmm... What's there to say... They call me Danny Mayhem, I'm an Independent Graphic Designer and Studio Musician. I own Mayhem Designs and Co-own Supreme Mayhem Productions with my man Tim Supreme... Which houses Hott Trax Recording Studio and the D.I.Y. punk label, Destroy The Permanent Records as well.
My main influence will always be punk rock, ranging from: The Misfits, The Ramones, Bad Brains, going through The Exploited, Crass, Rudimentary Peni, Discharge, Minor Threat, Doom, to The Vandals, Screeching Weasel, Dropkick Murphys, Swingin' Utters, Flogging Molly, the whole way to Wolfbrigade, Alehammer, World Burns To Death, and all points in between. There are way too many to name... But I am also equally influenced by ALL music in general.
Recently, there are those that have passed through the studio that have shown the me the Travis Barker videos and started me on the kick of hip hop/rock remixes. Being that they were hip hop artists themselves, and with me being up for just about anything, I started remixing their beats and also started producing entire beats from scratch.
Well, I guess I can't help but wonder how far I can go with it... So I figured I would see about giving Travis a run for his money... It's been awhile since I last had the opportunity to play on the same stage with Travis. Opening and hanging with his old band The Aquabats. Maybe this will give me the chance to work with him again, and make a name for myself in world of music...
I'm beginning to record and video my remixes to industry beats and hit songs, so be sure to subscribe and keep checking back because as long as there are hits being made... There are going to be Mayhem Remixes of them. And also... If you have any requests... Please be sure to contact me here and I will try to get those requests remixed ASAP.
