That whole CD is loaded with hits! Hell, every album he's put out, I own, and I listen to them more often than any others. In fact, Hank has kinda taken a back seat to EC, and I'm from Alabama...that's saying a lot considering Hank is like a god to the people in Bama.

I love Dorian-style HIT! It has worked wonders for me, especially doing three full bodys a week. I have created my own workout program that uses a combo of Dorian's HIT and Bryan Haycock's HST; I have broken at least one personal record every workout for the past 9 weeks. Stuff works man.
