Our family came to this country under the name Van Heerden in about 1650 from the Netherlands to "New Netherlands/Albany. It was our "original" family name. We have been involved in the creation of this country far before it was a country. My family is 2nd, 3rd and 4th generation Californians. We have been Americans about 360 years.
I would rather have lived 100 years ago when this country was loved by it's citizens instead of put down by them.
I have been in the alarm and electronic security industry since 1976. Concert photographer on the side all over the so cal area clubs and venues in the 70's and 80's.
