An occasional peek inside the head of dan'l.

My name, "-dan'l" is a contraction for Daniel, and is pronounced '/dænəɫ/' (rhymes with "panel".) I spell it lowercase for personal reasons, and I appreciate it when others do the same.

YouTube won't let me use an apostrophe in the channel name, so I took a page from Jimmy Cagney in "The West Point Story" and spelled it "Dan 'Postrophe L". DanPostropheL. See?

I enjoy singing. I have a Christian Quintet, and I've been known to solo. I enjoy impromptu pickup groups as well. I prefer a wide range of indefinably likable music. I like what I like.

Nature of the universe stuff -- the wonder of things big and small -- speaks to me.

I'm married and have 2 kids. No pets, but I'd have a dog in an instant if I could.

I also collect the toys I played with as a kid. Tonka trucks, mostly. Never grow up. Never, ever, no not ever, grow up.
