About this user

I'm Dame Malone, Motivational Speaker, Author and Life Coach. I've known since I was a child that I had a talent...a gift for helping others solve their problems, by motivating, inspiring and educating them to reach their highest potential. But when I was younger, I never understood the true meaning of this gift. I didn't understand its purpose. All I knew, is that people would always come to me with their problems, issues, and concerns, and its seemed that I always knew how to see the source of their "real" concern, which was often not the original issue.

As it is true with most people, it was also with me, that I never considered what I was able to do a "gift", because it was so effortless to me. It came to me so easy...it wasn't a big deal...I certainly didn't consider it as any sort of special talent...or talent at all. However, such is the nature of gifts, not only does everyone have at least one...they probably don't recognize it as such, because its quite common to them. Their gift goes unnoticed, and therefore uncultivated.

After a successful sales and sales management career...well, right in the middle of it...I had the proverbial "epiphany", in which I realized that I didn't much care for corporate life, and I wanted to do things MY way, and make a living on MY terms, and from the sweat of MY brow. I didn't like the way people were treated, how I was being treated, and how I was being asked to treat people.

I have an extremely empathetic spirit, and I always have, and I make no apologies for caring about people...and not because they could do anything for me...but because they were people.

Now I am able to fully utilize my gifts and talents to motivate, inspire and enlighten people around the world. To help people tap into the natural creativity everyone possesses, to realize their true gifts and talents, to help them cultivate their gifts, and use them to make this world a better place.
