***A Horses Prayer***
Sometimes im not always at my best,
So don't raise your voice at me; and don't
raise the whip, I might not have understood
what u said,
Feed me; give me water and wide space.
You could ride me everyday and we could
canter, gallop, and jump oh how fun! I
would race against your friends to the
meadow and back. When there is a problem,
ill always be there for you, but will you
be there for me? Ill let you cry on my
shoulder. I perform in shows for you. I
show off the best I can and win a blue
ribbon for you. But have you ever said
thank-you? I help you pull heavy loads and
carry them. Can't you see that I love you?
Some day I wish to run free beside the
boundless unchained sea... When im in no
use for you don't let me starve, because I
will miss you, Would you miss me? Do not
forget I am God's child and so are you. And
when the time is right and it's the end for
me, my dear master do not forget me. And I
shall not forget you!
