If they (LDS Scholars) can't come to a consensus re: BoM, and the "inspired" leaders in SLC are remaining silent on it, what chance do YOU (members) have of sorting it all out? I'd say, that , since ONLY YOU are responsible for your own salvation, formulate YOUR OWN hypothisis and stick to it and be prepared to modify that opinion as newer information (from whatever source) comes along. You're JUST as smart, just as capable as ANY of these self ordained "prophets" are!
