Happy Birthday !! Keeping going its better to stop and start then to just stop. It took me a long time to quit smoking but I never gave up. I am on my 7th day and only lost 3 pounds. But I feel better and will keep going i gain 2 punds back it was originally 5 lbs but hey what can you do. Lisa
