Hi thanks for the comment on my stretching video...much appreciated....I can do the splits without a warm up...but before I could do that....my warm up for the side splits was as follows...frog stretch 3 times.... half side split left and right side 3 times... then I would be able to roll into the side split or the 180 position comfortably I have always used the stretching as my warm up...meaning I don't do anything else to warm up.....this works for me I have always stretched from a cold position...other people might disagree with my method....but I have always stretched this way for great results....Hope this helps you Respect......Danny

Je Kai je dobar i lijep pas...Malamuti su dobri plivaci. U medjuvremenu je naucio skakati sa jahte u more tako da kad prolazimo uz obalu mora biti na uzici da ne skoci...kupanje na Lastovu je bilo pocetak skokova u more. Mokar bez problema podnosi zegu u Dalmaciji
