Da-MeaNie'2'MeaNBoIPruDucTionZ is a Grime/Experimental Musician.

The name Da-MeaNie was founded in late 2005, when he was thinking of personal unique qualities about himself that could be included into his music career. Beginning as lil-meanie a freestyle mc, he began to start writing lyrics with friends as a hobby; Not long down the line he worked with 'Kandu' an organisation for the interest of young teenagers, whilst working with them he recorded his first track with friend 'Last Word' and went on to record a second track which did not get finished that he has never heard.

From 2007—2008 Da-MeaNie started producing instrumentals on fruity loops 3.5, his mate that was already producing influenced him to try it, which he really wanted to try but about 6 months to a year later he stopped his music altogether due to boredom and excessive drug use, but yet in his head he knew that music would always be a part of him and maybe one day would begin to make music again...

Having a hard time at secondary school he began working with a connexions worker that had a lot of influence in the rest of his school life and his following music career, she helped get his life back together after problems at home. She came across a course for the summer holidays in 2009, the course was working towards a bronze arts award and would get £100 at the end of it so he applied and got accepted for the 3 weeks. Whilst on this course he learned a lot more about music in production working with 'Music Matters' a group of Bristol based musicians from different genres, and he learned more about himself as a person. After the course he went back to start producing on reason 4 making beats that weren't mixed down properly due to in experience but still sounded banging!

Da-MeaNie came up with the name 'MeaNBoIPruDucTionZ' for his instrumentals carrying on from this he bought equipment to record vocals to be able to record and make his own tracks but the dream has not come true because of lack of knowledge. Still he is recording and making the most of what he can do and slowly making progress.

Da-MeaNie and friends 'Justice' and 'CDot' formed the MeaNBoIFamily in late 2009 but after a falling out CDot left the team, soon after they started to work with fellow rapper/mc Ching Ching Pow, not long after he became a member of The MeaNBoIFamily he changed his name to J-Sully and then again to become InkStar!

Now in 2010 he has become a student at The City of Bath College, studying music and will be for the next 3 years, with the focus of learning all he needs to be a successful producer/sound engineer/recording artist.

Sadly the MeaNBoIFamily has come to end R.I.P 2009-2011 but now working on his solo career Da-MeaNie feels a lot more confident and will definitely be putting more effort into the music he produces and writes. Make sure to keep a close eye on him for the future.
