I personally think that this guy is a fake, when the video starts is says 3ds on both screens. He probably just put one version brighter then the other.

3ds looks, graphics, and games look like they're for 5 year olds. I think that the Ps Vita has better games, more organized home screen, definatelly better graphics. Just me though.
