As for Davros , he did indeed escape in an escape pod in Remembrance of the Daleks , but we dont know what's been happening for him since then . The Big Finish audio drama Terror Firma continues some time after Remembrance , the the Doctor is now in his 8th incarnation in that audio , and even the 1997 novel War of the Daleks in set after Remembrance also with the 8th Doctor , so will just have to wait and see .
