this thing sucks. waiting for this dinosaur to heat up for 10 min, then cool down for 10 min SUCKS. and its sooo loud! and wicked roots is a shady company with awful customer service. I owned one for 7ish yrs, but I just got a silver surfer and i love it!! so simple and quiet! no lil blue lights ...
