Edit: A lot of people have commented that we were wrong and that it is possible to stick a plasma grenade to a frag grenade. However, most videos we have seen show the plasma grenade sticking to the frag grenade before it leaves the thrower's hand. We were testing to see if they could stick in midair. If you have a video that disproves our result, post it in the comments or send us a message.
