Diego is a music sound designer, composer and performer that creates eclectic compositions with custom built instruments, elements of nature and experimental techniques.

He's one of the principal sound designers for the multi Award winning Spectrasonics Virtual Instruments Atmosphere™, Stylus™ RMX and Omnisphere®. For this epic project, he built several custom instruments and created musically playable sounds out of ordinary objects like light bulbs, a clothes drying rack, a typewriter. Some of his sound design creations are "The Burning Piano", "Luminosonic", "The Drying Rack", "Typosonic Machine" and "Streamsonic".

Diego created for Epic Score/APM the "Epic Textures" series which have been licensed for film and video game trailers like "Terminator : Salvation", "2012", "Eagle Eye", "Justice League Heroes", "Soulcalibur IV", TV shows like "Dexter", "Daily Show" and "Cold Case", as well as many other shows and promotional campaigns.

He worked as a music sound designer on films "Into the Blue", "Crank", "Takers", TV shows "The Tudors" and "Moonlight". Diego is one of the featured soloists on the score of Guy Ritchie's film "Sherlock Holmes" and video game "Assassin's Creed Brotherhood", where he played with his custom built Experibass.

Diego created videos like "Music from a Tree" and "Music from a Bonsai" where he played trees as instruments, "Experibass" and "Bassoforte" composed and performed on his custom built instruments.
Diego is now working on new projects, discovering new sounds and musical experiences.
