@faisalali2001 americans say "gas," as in "gasoline" - a liquid. the english say petrol, but I believe it's short for petroleum - a liquid. its the same thing. it's the english language, and neither is "gay." everyone calling things they aren't familiar with "gay" is gay.

@BigLebowski2000 what good ole days are you talking about? in my good ole days, the campaigns were 5 days long. however, most of this time was spent dying and memorizing enemy movements, and then it took about 45 minutes.

These are all fantastic exercises...many which are neglected by most gym-goers. My only critique is his breathing, especially with the cleans. You should never hold your breathe...ever.
