so really you dont know if thats the guy.. man people has been doing the 1 man band thing before you even came up with the idea. If you check out this web site for 1 man bands, you will see that their are tons of people all over the world doing the same thing as you. do you even know how many people out their do the exact same thing as that guy? theirs people where I live doing this all the time on the streets. the guitar,drum, singing is very common.. now if he is copying everything down to the core. and i mean same gear,songs and technique then yes you would have a point. other then that. i jus dont see a arguement or a lawsuit here.. unless you got papers saying you own that.
