DOCS Doctors Offering Charitable Services is a group of doctors that change the world one life at a time through charitable surgical reconstruction for patients with genetic disorders, devastating diseases and severe injuries that interrupt their potential to lead remarkable lives. The doctors founded the charity to assist with the health care burden of populations in need in Southern California.

Over the past eight years, DOCS has gone from a vision for Dr. Halls and Dr. Batra, to a recognized non-profit organization with a host of talented surgeons including plastic and reconstructive surgeons Dr. Halls, Dr. Batra, Dr. Alfonso Camberos, neurosurgeon; Dr. Lokesh Tantuwaya, oral maxillofacial surgeon; Dr. Andrew Chang, oculoplastic surgeon; Dr. Don Kikkawa and Dr. James Tasto, reconstructive dentist.
