THE SENTENCING OF A MINOR CHILD IN A COMPLEX CASE. NOT GUILTY-NOT CULPABLE, YET LIVING IN PRISON.

On 9-12, he is set to be transfered into notorious prison with adults. The evidence points to Nick, and before the victim died, he named his own son as his murderer, he said NICK. Documented Fact, never presented along with other substancial evidence.

In my avatar photo, that is my minor child Bryce. Arrested at age 15, failed 8th grade, stood 6'2. His disability status IS Other Health Impaired. Bryce is NOT guilty of this crime and NOT culpable for his tragic postion of living in prison. At least 6 months after he was arrested, the court obtained a confession from Bryce. Soon after this, he was given a plea agreement at a sentencing hearing.

Bryce did NOT shoot Fred. Before he died, Fred named his killer, he said NICK, his own son. This is not the only documented evidence that proves Bryce did NOT shoot anyone. This is a wrongful conviction of a minor child. At least 6 months after his arrest on 12-31-2009. The court obtained a confession to all charges from Bryce. This was in time for the plea agreement at the sentencing hearing on 7-16-2010. Bryce is NOT GUILTY and NOT CULPABLE. Please help Bryce
