This video gives you a voice tutorial and a video of what your hands look like while doing it.
Here are the steps:
Step 1 :Get a Care Package/Sentry Gun/Emergency Air Drop
Step 2: Go over a weapon you ca pick up and melee and press X at the same time
Step 3: Press RIght on the D pad half a second after you press X and melee (If you pull your gun out you did it wrong)
Step 4 Throw a knife, grenade, flash, tactical, anything
Step 5: Throw your care package
Step 6: Pick it up or die and you will have another
Step 7: Start at step 2 again
I didn't find this, I uploaded it so my subscribers could see it.

There is a secret room in which I am sure many of you may have overlooked. Since there was no video on youtube, I thought I might as well show you the location for the room.
Btw, you can first access this room when you are doing the "Find the thermite" mission. And just for the heads up, there is a small battle between necros, I recorded after I finished the battle with the necros.

Edit: This is the PC version of the game, the suit is an unlockable on PC after you finish the game.
