DJ Ren...The Mix 'n' Blen' a.k.a. Renegade.
Don FM resident 93-94 (luv you all, listeners & crew).
Big Lazerdrome fan, 1st as a raver (I was that crazy, dreadlocked guy with the palm torch), then as a DJ.
Played all over London, U.K. and Europe, alongside many household names (though I never really became one myself).
Produced a fair few tracks and mix CDs.
Pretty much retired in 1998, as I'd done everything I'd wanted to do by then and wanted to come out on a high note.
Have been asked to do some nostalgic performances recently...I think I just might! ;-)
Career Highs:
* Touring with UK Apache, Shy-FX, Gunsmoke, Kenny Ken, Rhyme Tyme, Elizabeth Troy and others. BIG Fun.
* Practicing and playing warm-up sets in Lazerdrome (the only place I never did mind being on first).
* Doing my bit to help make Don FM's Restricted Service Licence Broadcast such a special occasion. We all did well. Well done people.
Career Lows:
* Choosing to stick with such a common DJ name. Just how many Ren's and Renegade's are there?
* Turning down Bizzy B's offer for a record deal for my very first track, stupidly trying to hold out for a better one. Sorry Biz, You were my hero and I was a prat. What can I say?

@StretchyScreens. I've got something similar going on in the UK and after checking out your site, I'm interested in checking out your products. I'll probably be in touch soon, but if you want to hit me up in the meantime, go ahead.
