About Me:
 
I grew up in Trinidad and Tobago in an area called La Horquetta. I was always fascinated with music. I listened to a mix tape my brother bought one day by Dr. Hyde and I always wondered how they put the music together. I started messing around with a software mixer my good friend had on his computer and then later on, started messing around with a CD mixer my other good friend had, who I met in High School. Actually, I was messing around with a CD Walkman and a home stereo before I met my friend but that's another story lol. I left to come live in the USA in the year of 2005 and had no contact with anything DJ. My good friend who also moved to the US in NY told me about Virtual DJ. Figuring out how the program worked properly was a hard task because I couldn't use headphones. Eventually, started posting videos on YouTube, where I got a comment from a viewer telling me I should do it professionally. I taught about it and made 3 mix CD's (Hip Hop and R&B, Reggae and Soca). Took it to Choice 102.9 FM Boston in January of 2008, where I first played on air. I stayed hear for 4-5 months after leaving the station to do a trade. I was off the map for 1-2 months reappearing in the Boston after party scene Summer of 2008 and got my first club night in the Winter of 2009 at Breezeways Bar & Grille in Dorchester, MA. Looking forward to the future, hoping it brings me good fortune
