One flaw I noticed: Not enough High voice, Hamill's Joker doesn't stay in growl mode for so long.
He goes up and down for emphasis, and it's sickeningly effective.
I LOVED your "Gordon's been driven maaad" line, it was almost perfect if a tiny bit quiet, more of those and it would be perfect.
