I am a Western Canadian lawyer with 38 years experience. I have defended most of the major free speech cases in the Supreme Court of Canada, including Keegstra, Zundel, John Ross Taylor, Malcolm Ross, and Tony MacAleer. Other free speech cases I have defended at various levels of court or tribunal in Canada include Doug Collins, David Ahenakew, Marc Lemire, Paul Fromm, and others. I was plaintiff's counsel in defamation cases for Eileen Pressler, Roger Rocan, Bob Ward and Paul Fromm.
I have acted for 8,000 people in the last 38 years of all races and religions.
I am the founder of the Western Canada Concept, a western separatist for all four western provinces. Only one remains, the WCC of BC. I am the founder of the Western Block Party, a federal party for the Independence of Western Canada.
I believe that freedom of speech is the one thing that you have to give your worst enemy if you wish to keep it for yourself.
