Hello my name is Josiah (Joe) Voegtly (VECK-LEE). I consider myself in the most modest way possible to be a generally quiet individual depending on the situation I'm in. Other times I can be quite spontaneous and cause as much mischief as I can. But I usually get the idea that when enough is enough very quickly. I'm currently going to DVC in Pleasant Hill CA.
