Already Gone - Gerry Rafferty
From album "Night Owl" (1979)
@FranksRadioSite3 It earned him a gold disc in the States (half a million sales). Probably my fave Rafferty album but he never really did a bad record.

Smoke On The Water live in Paris 1985 (Rockpalast)!
Dimagg1973, you should have a listen to Nobody's Home on here from Chicago Feb '85 he sounds seriously constipated on that one! but we'll let him off as he is a Rock Legend. Sad news about Lord having cancer and now Iommi, here's hoping they pull through.

Bryan Adams - Somebody - Live in Belgium
A live performance from 1988 concert in Belgium.
@drcldrcl Cheers for the reply. I actually watched the concert about 20 years ago or so on Channel 4 (although it may have been edited slightly). Don't think it's been repeated since. It was interwoven with a few interview clips with Bryan (also from '88 i assume). Yeah Another Day is a good song...

One of the best songs the MK1 lineup did imo, that good the classic MK2 lineup kept it in their live set for a couple of years into the early 70's. Great to hear an old vinyl version (i have the cd). Sounds like a good setup you have.

@bobs2cool4u Indeed! Some music critics seem to think the band "Gillan" was just a small stop gap in the history of his career but they were a great outfit (intelligent hard rock) and my fave one of the Purple spin-offs.

Bryan Adams - Somebody - SNL
February 1985 Saturday Night Live performance
@STEVE13061 I'm suprised the Belgium gig from '88 has never been released on dvd, it was a good show. I remember watching it over here on Channel 4 back in about '91. The cd was good as well (originally only available as an import in the UK).
Regards. David.

Good track. Into The Fire is his 2nd best album imo after the mega-selling Reckless. I liked a few of the numbers on Neighbours but kinda lost interest in his career after that, sorry Bryan. Still a Top Bloke and a great live performer though.

Gerry Rafferty - Standing at the Gates
First track from Gerry Rafferty's album Sleepwalking.
@fromac1 I think you may be right. There's a lapse on the cd version that i have which i managed to get a hold of back in the early 90's.
