@rd3183 just to clarify, there is very little difference between the b16b and b18cr camshafts, from memory only a few degrees of duration, lift remains the same... basically the only difference between the two is the pistons and the crankshaft... and the reason the h22a doesn't take well to boost...

Having seen many itr's and owning a pfl s14 turbo myself its hard to say which car is better... two limitations with the itr though is that b18cr's soon reach their limits if staying na and to get them above 150fwkw starts to get expensive, that and that they are fwd.. they have fantastic balance...

@Finest1993 basics are an intake (pod filter in a sealed box with cool air feed is the best), headers exhaust and then a tune for a simple na honda street car, then it starts getting expensive :)
