About 3 weeks ago rumors went abuzz that Beyonce was on the verge of signing a $300 million, 3 year deal with Las Vegas Wynn casino. Well now we hear that the deal is all but completed, and if everything goes according to plans it will be announced early next year.
Under the terms of the deal, Beyonce will have to perform two to three times a week at the casino. And that means that her and Jay Z will have to set up a permanent residence in Sin City.
Theyre not wasting any time doing so, either. According to our insiders, Jay and Beyonce are currently house hunting in Vegas as we speak. They even looked at one 10,000 square foot mansion just down the street from boxer Floyd Mayweather, Jr.
Gotta admit, itll be kinda strange having Jay Z in Vegas instead of New York. I guess baby bottles and dirty diapers will have to wait a few more years. Beyonce cant be pregnant and strutting her stuff across a Vegas stage.

Mtv: Lady Gaga has certainly made her mark over the past year, not just with hit singles like "Paparazzi" and "Bad Romance" but also with the level of performance art she brings to their live and television renditions, which include her "dying" at the VMAs and performing with her piano on fire at the American Music Awards.
And if music lovers were surprised by Gaga's performances at the beginning of her career, imagine how her father felt. When she sat down with Barbara Walters on her "10 Most Fascinating People of 2009" special, which aired Wednesday night, she explained that it took a while for her dad to get comfortable with her act.
"It wasn't really so easy for my dad, especially in the beginning," she told Walters. "We didn't talk for months after the first time he saw me play, and my mother told me he was afraid I was, like, mentally unstable."
Gaga has since written a song about her dad and says the two are back on speaking terms. But the performer knows there are people who are still unsure of the sincerity behind her bizarre pop star persona. "[I want to clear up the fact] that [people think] I am artificial and attention seeking, when the truth is that every bit of me is devoted to love and art and I aspire to be a teacher to my young fans who feel just like I felt when I was younger," she said.
"I felt like a freak. ... I want to liberate [my fans]. I want to free them of their fears and make them feel like they can create their own space in the world."
Among other things, she described herself in the interview as "an Italian girl from New York." "I am a songwriter. I'm a performance artist. I'm a daughter and a sister," she told Walters, adding, "I had this dream and I really wanted to be a star and I was almost a monster in the way I was fearless in my ambition."
The one question that made Gaga flinch was on the issue of her sexuality in the context of her hit "Poker Face." "Well, I do like women. [But] I've only been in love with men," she explained. "I've never been in love with a woman, but that's really what the song is all about: Why, when I was with my boyfriend, was I fantasizing about women?" When directly asked if she's had sex with a woman, she became momentarily flustered before answering, "Well my goodness ... I certainly have had sexual relations with women, yes."

After a week of anticipation, Lady Gaga's new music video, "Bad Romance," finally premiered on the singer's official Web site. MTV News ventured outside the office and into streets of Times Square to see what people thought of the latest visual extravaganza from the pop singer.
One fan, Kerrianne De'Alessandro, took notice to the detailed glam and fashion of the video. "I loved her outfits again — her hair and her nails were so cool. They had, like, lace on them," she said.
And whether it's the singer's high-end fashion or her eccentric dance moves, many enjoyed the video for being different and essential a representation of who she is. "I love how her costumes are all crazy, but that's just how she is," Linh Dedalto said.
Taking place in a white bathhouse, "Bad Romance" showcases Gaga's quirky dancing and knack for eye-popping visuals. Unfortunately, not all were in awe of the singer's unique taste. "I don't know if she was a reptile or a stalk of celery or something, but there was something strange going on there." Amanda Drury joked.
Whitney Fauntleroy told MTV News that the video reminded her of a mix between Marilyn Manson and Britney Spears and that she "couldn't really follow it."
Fauntleroy's Spears comparison might not be far off, as the video was directed by Britney collaborator Francis Lawrence — the mastermind behind clips for "I'm a Slave 4 U" and "Circus."
"I thought it was a little bit confusing at times but overall it was pretty good," Malora Pollack said.
"Bad Romance" is the lead single off of the singer's upcoming Fame Monster re-release.

There are always plenty of parties in New York on New Year's Eve, but despite the chaos in Times Square, the best shindig is usually at Madison Square Garden. In the past few years, the venue has hosted a high-profile music act to ring in the new year. The spot is typically reserved for jam bands (Phish have hosted legendary marathon shows in the building, while last year's headliner was My Morning Jacket, who jammed their way into 2009), but this year's show will focus on a true superstar: Mariah Carey.
Carey announced that she would be headlining MSG on New Year's Eve via her Twitter and on her Web site on Thursday night.
"Mariah Carey, the #1 most successful female recording artist of all time will be live at New York's famous Madison Square Garden for a special New Year's Eve performance!" the announcement on her site reads. "Join Mariah as she bids farewell to 2009 in superstar style and gets ready to ring in 2010!"
The announcement doesn't include any information about opening acts or special guests, though it promises that Mariah will perform hits, including her latest singles, "Obsessed" and "H.A.T.E.U.," and other songs from Memoirs of an Imperfect Angel.
This Monday tickets will go on sale for members of her Honey B. Fly fan club, who also have the opportunity to enter to win a pair of front-row tickets. For the rest of the public, tickets will be available next Saturday, November 14.
