@MrQ8center There is a direct train from Fenchurch St. all the way to Lakeside. Find a train to Southend Central/Stanford-le-hope via. Ockendon, and then get off at Chafford Hundred, about 100m away from Lakeside. Still allows Oyster cards.

@jamesclarke1994 The difference between a 507 and 508 is nearly nothing. The difference between a 507/508 and a 313 is quite easy to find. The 507/508s are DC only, and the 313 is dual voltage. Plus the 313's are the first dual voltage train in England.
