In de video "Gustav" beschrijft Mr.Polska tijdens de begrafenis het levensverhaal van zijn oom uit Polen. Mr.Polska: "Gustav is een koude, chagrijnige man die nooit enige liefde heeft gekend en zijn leven slijt op de bank voor de televisie." De doorgaans opgewekte rapper schetst hiermee een somber beeld van de wereld waarin hij geboren is, zonder deze te veroordelen.
De track is geproduceerd door Nouveau Riche producer Boaz van de Beatz. De video is tot stand gekomen met hulp van het TAX-fonds, geregisseerd door Kevin Boitelle en Sander van Driel van Opslaan Als en geproduceerd door Tobias Wilbrink van NuFilm.
Mr.Polska staat met "Gustav" ook op de elfde editie van MCN unsigned: Homegrown ´11. Met deze compilatie presenteert Muziek Centrum Nederland i.s.m. Top Notch zeven talentvolle Nederlandse hiphopacts aan het Nederlandse publiek. Alle acts staan met twee tracks op het album. Homegrown 2011 wordt op 22 september in de Melkweg gepresenteerd.
