From what I know, if Cyph had major copyright issues, he wouldn't have received a partnership offer in the first place. They don't normally grant partnership to people with unoriginal content. I'm surprised they even granted him it considering his videos have video game material. I'm not saying he doesn't deserve it, just saying that it's a little odd considering his content doesn't seem to meet most partnership standards.
