PERMANENT ANNOUNCEMENT:
The Oceana playlist is very significant because it represents the emergence of another genre. While this alone matters, it's significance is greater in terms of the world's hemispheres. Considering a near exhaustion of the South American beats and those of Africa's we've digested so far, the particular importance is melody or pitch of accompanying instruments and their placements, as this rather differentiates the Oceana genre from mere repetitive beat. This genre can be seen as fashionable now, -- introduced in some fashion in popular music now and today. Watch and lets see if it manifests well into TV, movies, home and clothing fashions.
