About My Weight loss Journey
I've been losing weight only to gain it back all my life. I've done many diets like NutriSystem, Slim-fast, Counting Calories, Healthy Lifestyle, Prescribed Medication, Ali, and last but not least Quick Weight loss. They all worked but after I got off the plan, it didn't take long or much for me to gain all the weight back. So.. I'm on a new Journey. I've started the process to weight loss surgery.
Heaviest Weight: 328lbs
Current Weight: 283
