They'd only remake Ruby and Sapphire...the third of the trio doesn't get a remake. Neither the Special Pikachu yellow version or Crystal have had remakes.

@412pokemaster They wouldn't switch systems in the middle of a generation. Whatever the next generation is, probably will be on the 3DS.
