I shopped on this site and I am frustrated and fed up with the terrible customer service and obvious disregard for purchase and my money. They took my money never sent me a product and then after all of that I cancelled the order and never got a refund. I'm through with this company THROUGH! I want all of you to be aware of the problems I've had with this company and the problems others have had. Please understand I didn't want to go here but I had to do something to protect others from going through what I went through. I'm done being silent. Pass this along to anyone who is thinking of purchasing from this site.

Alright Divas & Divos this video is somewhat a rant because I am so fed up with the nonsense going on with this certain wig site, I choose to do a review for them and I am so pissed off with them, them being VIXEN Lace Wigs because alot of they're customers are emailing me really upset with they're purchase because they NEVER got they're purchases!
This is ridiculous to have to wait over 2 months for a wig, that you paid for and should be sent out asap! this is ridiculous that you call or email a company and get no response! There are so many wigs companies out there that would bend over backwards to get our business, get your business and yet there is one that can not fill they're obligations of returning calls or emails or shipping out the paid for items.
I have been so patient with doing this video because I really did not want to do this, even after I got numerous emails from my Divas here stating they never got they're wigs yet, but I got so fed up! So I decided to just do the video.
I am not knocking anyones hustle they're business but listen we work HARD for OUR money and its NOT FAIR that things like this should happen. Women crying because they have not gotten they're wigs or a response. No one and I mean no one should have to go through this over a product or customer service! No woman should have to shed a tear over a wig that they did not receive in a timely manner or a response and by now I am so fed up with it!
I support Black Owned Businesses and I support strongly woman owned businesses cause it is hard out there for us as women and as a minority to make that mark for ourselves sometimes so I support people when I see them trying and trying to do something positive for themselves or even they're familes.
But what I DO NOT SUPPORT IS BULLSHIT! and that is just what this is!

Hey Everyone :) Just to clear things up from youtube/other websites that have posted this video: I do see Nationally Accredited Advanced Dermatologist Sonia Badreshia Bansal MD (as seen on Kron 4 News and THE DOCTORS, tv) along with World Rewound Skincare Specialist Edward Becker MD. I am on multiple oral antibiotics/topical medications, and not a candidate for Accutane. These are noncomedogenic products, and I have lightened the load. I clean/sterilize makeup utensils after every use.
The Dermatologists and I have been working together for about 4 years now, and I'm currently undergoing tests and other blood work related to hormonal imbalances, along with meditation/stress management sessions, Diet/excersize changes, and Sleep analysis (sleep hooked up to cords yay!). I do regular peels/LED Light facials. I have changed my diet/fluid intake, and will be posting an update video soon. I can't emphasize how warming and reassuring everyone's help and support is!! Thank you!! :)
