Before Shippiden Files:
Riku Uchiha borned the same day as sasuke Uchiha his twin brother, Riku's father had taken riku and placed him under the care of the third hokage who then decided to have kakashi hatake train and raise riku. As Riku grew up he devloped his sharingan very early and was told to never show it or use it infront of anyone in the academy but orochimaru had come to the leaf village and saw riku training with kakashi just outside a cave on a cliff (the now tatsu home cave) and saw his sharingan so during the night he stole riku and took him to the sound village and started to do experments on him and training him so he will become orochimaru's new vessel when he is of age but it all backfired..
8 years later (naruto would be 13) Riku had broken out of orochimaru's hide out and runs away with an ally named b-com they didnt get along very much but they worked together to survive and as the traveled they ran into two brothers who were fighting off some rouge bandit ninjas it was then they all introduced themselves and stuck together for months to come and was known as the Legendary Four.
A year later: the days before the chunnin exam the four come to the leaf vilage to try and have a some what peaceful live while doing any kind of hard mission but unfortunly that all changed..orochimaru attacked the leaf village..sasuke was given the curse mark...riku fell in love with sakura and swore revenge on orochimaru for what he has done to sasuke and is hated by some for having two dragons sealed within him chazore the dragon of darkness and jargon the dragon of light.
Shippuden:
Riku left the same day as naruto did and didnt return till a month later after naruto but he didnt stay forever he was living in the sound village training with sasuke and "working" for orochimaru doing missions and getting herbs when orochimaru was getting ready to transfer into sasuke but riku help sasuke by convincing him to kill orochmiaru because he is weaker then sasuke instead sasuke absrobed orochimaru.. even though riku was with orohcimaru he still visited the village and went online to talk to everyone and explained to only naruto and sakura why he is doing what he is doing and once orochimaru was "gone" riku left and went to find itachi to find out..the truth of how their family died then joined the leaf village when it was time to fight off the akatsuki and their attacks as well as hunt down sasuke and madara uchiha
Weapons: Two swords one of darkness and one of light
Justus: Fire style: Fire ball, Great Fire ball, Fire Dragon, phoniex flower, and Dragon flame
Lighting justus: Chidori, chidori nagashi, dark chidori, lighting blade, lighting dragon
Wind justus: Rasengan
Dark Justus: chains of the forbidden dark (comes from the ground to chain and drain a person of their charka takes alot of charka from the user and makes the user dizzy for a short period of time which allows other fighters to attack) dark barrier, darkness sword, dark cross, dark slash, Darkness flash ( a gather of dark charka to fire a deadly beam at an opponet Oblivain (strongest attack and kamkize move if used more the once a day, causes the destruction of two villages while killing any enemy and maybe the user it is a final resort attack)
Light Justus: light arrows, neo Rasengan (a rasengan of pure light as strong as dark chidori)
Abilities: for being a Dark element ninja he is able to become invisable at night with easy and able to vanish into dark corners/places, riku can also move alot faster in darkness as long as their barely to no light what so ever, eyes turn pitch black when wanting more power and gives dark attacks an extra push of power
