Both of these protection are really good to remove anything so you will be protected a lot but not at 100 % its sure because there alway a virus that is created and no 1 anti virus or program will can stop this so yeah with the protection i said you can be mush protected. Trust me :) If you wanna clean your pc for its go to fast then use CCleaner and Disk Defragmenter. Just for let u know if u wanna make video then u can use fraps + sony vegas. They work good together if u can handle them really good. Maybe u can find a tutorial for both on how to use it :D.

I can say i recommand you Avast! for a anti virus + MBAM Free, SAS Free, Windows Defender as on demand + Mcafee or WOT Site Advisor + Windows or Comodo,Online Armor,Pc Tools or other as a firewall :)
