i believe some video game site suggested they were makinga sequel, but I can't remember where I read it anymore, and I think they gave up on it. Still, it's possible the put vyse in VC to get the fanbase ready for a sequel

skies of arcadia was very successful, especially for a dreamcast game. The reason why the title has become so obscere is only because sega ceased makign consoles, and dreamcast was shortlived.
