A solid 5 minute promo. That's certainly something you don't see anymore.

Not having seen this video since I was a kid, I used to think that the guy in the Speedo with the xylophone was Ringo Starr, but I was wrong. You would have to admit though that Ringo would fit the mold of carrying out those antics in this video.

I was at this race in 2006 sitting near turn 9 and saw Schrader get t-boned right in front of me in lap 1. A very loud, nasty hit. Was glad to see that he was alright. This was the first NASCAR race I ever attended, and I enjoyed it.

I was never a big Lawler fan, but considering that he could carry a promo well beyond 5 minutes, he's doing something right (some people have trouble carrying a 2 minute promo).

For those that remember the Northern California wrestling school featured in the Beyond The Mat movie, Ricky Thompson was one of the trainers at that school in the early 1990s. He helped train Spike Dudley (ECW and WWE) as well as Michael Modest (NOAH in Japan).
