  @AutodromoF1 Thanks for the comment, I suspect you are thinking of the UCI rule on TT bike geometry where the tip of the saddle must be 30 mm behind the center of the BB, with the addition of the rule that the TT saddle must be level.

  @bzeandon There is always other options, however the others are even less appealing to me. I do pack a small towel or sock with my kit also, you could put something like that under your saddle to avoid chain/derailleur contact with the ground. Thanks for watching.
