The Japanese name for the attack known as Ember is "Hi no ko". The Japanese word for mushroom is "kinoko". Haruka most likely said "kinoko" instead of "Hi no ko". That's why there's a mushroom in the background. It's a pun that didn't translate into English at all.

Wow! Nice find! I recall that they had junked the TARDIS interior sets when they learned that the TV movie wasn't going to lead to a new series. Some worried that the beautiful console prop was rotting in a junkyard somewhere. It's good to see that it's in good condition. And it still lights...
