wow....i had no idea that this post would engender a harsh response....actually you are correct, I was born in Dec. 1973 and Crimso gave several tours the following year. Sorry bout that, I just thought it was funny when Fripp said "trumpets" and the 2 of you look around in the air...

He has walked over to the mic from his stool stage right after Exiles......Fripp-"gnosis" often did this in-between songs;.......not for every single show, mind you,...

@orchidtender thanks for the information. I think the first video ever shown on MTV was in 1980 or 1981 and it was The Buggles "Video Killed The Radio Star".....appropriate enough. That video launched the cable station.....I feel REALLY old when I remember that far back. :(

this footage is the holy grail for all Monkee chronologists.......i think Rafelson/Nicholson/Schneider made a major mistake in deleting these scenes. The clips raise more QUESTIONS about the film than answers. I hope that the celluloid dropped on the editing floor is found again someday.......
